My Platform

The American Dream is increasingly out of reach for new homeowners and renters alike. I support policies that will ease property tax burden on homeowners, regulates rent hikes by corporate landlords and makes it easier to build housing the community needs.

Hard working Georgians are being hit hard by price increases of 30% over the last few years. I will work hard to ensure grocery supply chains are efficient and that stores are not price gouging customers. This is especially important for seniors on a fixed income.

Georgia has about 1.2 million people without access to healthcare. This often leads to preventable illness and death. I will support expanding medicaid but also push for a Georgia public option for healthcare. I will also push for more funding to mental health services.

I recognize that we have a second amendment and I respect the right of people to defend their homes and families. However, I support red flag laws and common sense regulations to ensure gun purchases are only made by responsible adults. No more children need to die because we didn't have moral conviction.

Artificial intelligence is the future of computing, no doubt about it. I will support legislation to regulate data center locations, water usage and power usage. These multinational corporations will not have access to unreasonable tax subsidies and energy prices. We must also protect local jobs.
